Executive Board

David S. Broderick III
David Broderick is a UNC Kenan-Flagler MBA candidate, U.S. Army veteran, and ROMBA Fellow with a background in healthcare operations, strategic leadership, and a passion for fostering inclusive communities.

Adelaide Masterson
Adelaide Masterson is a dual-degree MPH/MBA candidate at UNC Chapel Hill pursuing expertise at the intersection of public health and business. At Latham BioPharm Group (Sia Partners), she helps life sciences clients secure non-dilutive funding and engage U.S. government agencies.

Arthur Elghouayel
Arthur is a dual MBA/PharmD candidate at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler and Eshelman School of Pharmacy. He previously spent five years at IQVIA Life Sciences consulting pharmaceutical companies on FDA submissions and market access strategy.

Shereena Ada
Shereena Ada is an MBA Candidate at UNC Kenan-Flagler, Forté and Consortium Fellow, and former Research & Grants Coordinator at the V Foundation for Cancer Research, pivoting into healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing.
