From admit
to offer.
Pride Club programming is built around the rhythm of the Kenan-Flagler MBA — one phase at a time, from the summer before you arrive through the spring of your first year. Career prep is the backbone, designed to meet you where you are at each step of the recruiting calendar.
Four phases.
One recruiting calendar.
Each phase reflects where you are in the program and where you are in recruiting. Programming layers on top of the school’s regular curriculum and Career Management Center support, with a Pride Club lens at every step.

Beyond the recruiting calendar.
Recruiting prep is the spine of our calendar, but it’s not the whole club. The rest of the year fills in around community, connection, and visibility — for members, allies, and the broader Kenan-Flagler community.
Community socials
Casual gatherings, dinners, and member mixers throughout the year that build the relationships behind the programming.
Speaker panels & alumni events
Conversations with LGBTQ+ leaders across industries, plus alumni-led panels that connect current students to the wider network.
Visibility & allyship
Pride Month programming, allyship workshops, and partnerships across Kenan-Flagler that keep LGBTQ+ leadership visible year-round.
